Labeib integrates with third-party providers (such as Meta for WhatsApp Business API, Resend for emails, PostHog for analytics, and Tap Payments for billing). Labeib does not store or process your credit card information directly; all financial transactions are handled securely by our payment processor.

7. International Data Transfers

Labeib's core infrastructure and databases are hosted on secure servers located in Germany (via Hetzner). By using our services, you acknowledge that personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Germany. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws (including PDPL Article 29) by utilizing processors that adhere to strict GDPR standards and ensuring appropriate technical safeguards are in place.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent via our Cookie Consent banner.

9. Your Rights (PDPL Compliance)
